O2 Premiere

Big production values - they're second nature to us. When O2 acquired the naming rights to the Millennium Dome, who better than Sledge to launch the brand new O2 Arena with an all-day staff party!

17,000 guests were greeted with live music, aerial acrobats, carnival dancers, film star look-alikes and roving magicians. Inside entertainment included a fairground, three West-End Cabaret shows, and the O2 Unleashed stage, where brave members of staff were able to perform backed by a professional band.

Big finale? Will Tom Jones, the Kaiser Chiefs and Basement Jaxx against a spectacular pyrotechnic backdrop, hosted by Dermot O'Leary be enough for you? This huge production was only part of it. Sledge had to accommodate 14,000 guests and transport 17,000 people to and from the event, as well as organising almost 500 performers.

But was it all worth it? You bet! Research showed an immediate uplift in staff morale, teamwork and affiliation to O2, with 90% of staff saying the day made them feel proud to work for O2.
