We wanted to ensure that the 120 attendees left the meeting with an upbeat, feel good, can-do attitude and the enthusiasm to make a difference (Just like a Sledgeling after a day in the Sledge office!)

Seven days of training was the intense programme that our groups needed. To make sure everyone listened, we even made them all sit an exam at the end of the week. But as none of us like sitting exams, everyone let their hair down afterwards at our evening party. The guests were treated to a journey through the seasons at the private estate, Hedsor House. The venue transformed from season to season with falling snow at the entrance, blossom trees in the drinks reception, seasonal music and summer lighting for the dinner, plus a lively autumnal disco to finish, with roasted chestnuts handed out for the journey home.

For the launch day back at the Radisson Edwardian, Sledge opted to transform the conference room into an entirely different environment so it would be un-recognisable from the day before. We incorporated the surreal Avamys branding, which included giant trees, Avamys butterflies, green beanbags and a circular central stage for the presenters to perform in the round.

The feedback from the client following the event has been extremely positive; the launch succeeded in exuding a relaxed, fun & creative twist, challenging the delegates' current behaviours, whilst also maintaining an adult-to-adult focused tone throughout. Another Sledge success story.
