Our House
We believe that brand worlds start at home and so the office environment should reflect this but we realised that we needed to pay attention to our office first…
In the words of Madness, 'Our House it has a crowd, there's always something happening and it's usually quite loud!'
We needed a space that could cater for the hustle and bustle that an events agency thrives on but still be a calm environment for us to work in. Going back to the heart of the brand guidelines we took cues from the playful colours that make up our brand and the open and relaxed atmosphere that Sledge encourages.
Every Sledgeling has their favourite area but one of the common themes is it's not their desk! The breakout areas where we brainstorm and hold meetings are designed to take you out of the office environment and include a park and a nice funky living room.
But anyone that has worked with us before knows that attention to detail is important to us. So stand by as you see that even our loading bay area is a far cry from a room of boxes and the scooter is there to get round the office for those that had a few too many from Doris the drinks trolley the night before!
Who said going to work had to be boring? Not a Sledgeling, that's for sure!
