O2 Driving Business Change
O2's Operations team briefed Sledge to produce and manage a highly engaging and interactive one day conference for 1500 people at Wembley Stadium and the Lancashire Cricket Club.




In an effort to increase engagement and interaction, Sledge created a programme allowing delegates to shape the content for the conference.
Delegates could pre-submit questions via an internal web portal or discuss elements within focus groups. Questions could also be texted during they day or asked live during regular question and answer sessions. This allowed the Operations team the opportunity to ask important questions to members of the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO, Ronan Dunne. Cutting edge voting technology was also used to gauge perception change throughout the day regarding the new operating model as well as to track views on a variety of subjects, both pre-arranged and called live on the day.
A highly respected broadcaster acted as the facilitator for the two events, carefully acting as the link person between the SLT and the audience, never failing to ask the challenging questions to the board.
Feedback from the event at both a delegate and O2 Events team level were incredibly strong. The overall conference was rated good or great by 90% of both audiences.
