Foot Locker Prize-giving, Oxford Street.
The Brief
Foot Locker asked us to plan and execute the presentation of a multimedia prize to the winner of a recent competition.
The Solution
A smart car was branded with the Foot Locker stripes, driven down Oxford Street and in through the main front doors of the flagship store. Inside the store, the prize (a brilliant flatscreen TV, DVD player and digital radio) was set up in an impressive display. We placed a red carpet and ropes at the store entrance, burly security guards and faux paparazzi photographers outside the store to await the arrival of the competition winner generating a real buzz around the store.
The Results
The activity generated a brilliant buzz around the store, and crowds of curious onlookers gathered to see what was happening. Hoards of teenage shoppers asked for the winner’s autograph and photo as he was ushered out of the store by security guards and whisked away in the Foot Locker car.
