The Brief:

Create a showcase event to highlight and bring to life Microsoft's development throughout the past three decades and reward staff for their hard work.

The Solution:

We created the ‘Decadence’ party at the Hammersmith Palais and took the 1500 delegates on a journey through the past 30 years of music with acts from Earth, Wind & Fire, Soul2Soul and Girls Aloud.

The Result:

The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees, offering senior staff the opportunity to deliver key messages for the year ahead in a relaxed atmosphere.
