Sky - Cobra
The Brief:
Sledge was briefed to produce an event for a team of 500 Cobra field representatives, brought on board as part of the launch of Sky's new sales channel. The objective of the day was to give the team of field representatives a taster of Sky, excite them about working with a company at the top of its field and ensure they left feeling part of the Sky family.
The Solution:
After a hearty breakfast of bacon and egg sandwiches, the morning plenary session, hosted by Jenni Falconer, commenced with presentations from the Executive team at both Sky and Cobra. Afternoon breakout sessions included a 'Ferrari session' where guests could talk to the Cobra racing team and have a sit in one of the racing cars, an exhibition overview of Sky's products and services, a Sky interactive quiz with prizes hosted by Denise Nurse and an HD camera session where guests were filmed on the set of Brainiac and had a chance to chat informally to Jenni Falconer. The day then culminated in a question and answer session.
The Results:
The day was a huge success. The field representatives were blown away by the conference and left feeling motivated with a clear sense of Sky identity.
Feedback indicated that over 92% of the guests rated the day as 8 out of ten or higher, with particular highlights including meeting the team and learning about Sky and its products. 'Believe in better' was the message that stood out most from the day, leaving the field representatives excited and proud to be part of the Sky family and eager to get out into the field and start selling.
