Finance & Commercial Director / Co-founder
Robin’s extensive knowledge of the commercial world throughout the events industry is second to none. Ensuring that the financial and commercial matters run flawlessly throughout the group, he is also one of the founders of Sledge, having being with the company for over twenty-five years.
Partner and Executive Producer
Over the last fifteen years Ash has been responsible for the production of over two hundred music videos, commercials , TV documentaries, live events, videos and drama productions. He ensures that Sledges content offering is always fresh, on point and pushing the boundaries.
Client Services Director
From all the random and seemingly impossible requests – Sarah makes it happen. She puts the creation of a great event first. She will push you to be more creative and innovative, and it will pay off. How do we know? Because Sarah has delivered hundreds of events, many of which have won awards.
Sian’s job is to make your job easier. She will support your creative ideas whilst guiding new solutions. As your account director and main point of contact, she ensures your live communication fits your requirements and meets your expectations (and – most importantly – your budget).
Becca brings your creative concept to life – on brand, and on budget – and aligns the customer experience with your expectation. She is a sourcing powerhouse – from technical solutions above and beyond the brief to venues and suppliers.
Laura’s job is to ensure the effective development, production and delivery of your projects. Her involvement starts as soon as your brief is received and, from her broad range of experience, she will be a key person in helping to look at ways of continuously improving your projects year on year.
Emma’s job is to ensure all of the elements of your project come together seamlessly, from the planning stages of the project through to onsite support. As our project planning powerhouse, Emma knows the ins and outs of every project at Sledge, ensuring our clients’ needs are always being met on time.
Jamie supports the team wherever needed, ensuring the smooth delivery of your project. She loves tech, and is always happy to have a chat about the different technologies out there, and how they can be utilised to enhance your project.
Nathan is a member of the finance team and currently working towards his professional accounting qualification. He ensures the smooth running of the group’s everyday finances whilst assisting with the monthly management accounts.
Marketing & Sales Executive
Joanna works on all things marketing and sales. She ensures the Sledge message is always communicated to the right people, through the right channels, in the right way. As a key person within our sales team, she will usually be one of the first people you meet, and her fun, bubbly personality ensures she will always take the time to talk to anyone about anything!
Romi, Dolly, Buddy & Marley
Romi, Dolly, Buddy & Marley are our fabulous office pooches, and are the firm favourites amongst the team! Belonging to Robin, Sarah, Ash and Nic, the office dogs are always around to provide the team with some light relief and fun. They love attention, so be sure to be greeted by one of them when you come to visit!
