Sledge year in review: 2022 successes
As we eye a new year, team Sledge are reflecting on their 2022 highlights, as well as successes on an individual and agency level.
We’ve delivered events and managed the output of content in locations throughout the UK and abroad, from Sharm El-Sheikh and Miami, to Paris, New York and London.
Our team has won awards for their work, implemented several sustainability and employee initiatives, shared their thoughts, experiences and insights with the media and at industry events, and we’ve had some brilliant talent join us along the way.
Below is a snapshot of just some of these successes in numbers:
- Planned and managed 19 in-person, hybrid and virtual events, which were attended by 6,000+ people.
- Produced a project growth rate of 21%.
- Saw an employee growth rate of 33.5%.
- Produced over 90 content pieces, from documentary style videos and snappy soundbites for social media, to insight-led articles.
- Collectively, they were viewed by more than 7,000 people.
- Implemented 20 sustainability initiatives.
- Introduced six new employee benefits.
- Attended 27 industry events, where we received awards, shared our insights via speaking engagements, and networked with fellow industry professionals.
