Sledge recognised in Conference News award schemes

Sledge has been nominated in the annual CN Agency Awards, and two of our team members have been named in the CN 30underThirty Class of 2023!

The CN Agency Awards

Are designed to recognise excellence, innovation and outstanding achievements within the UK event industry, and as such we’re honoured to be shortlisted across these three categories, particularly as they reflect our core DNA of people, planet and entrusted growth:

• The Innovation Award, which recognises those who weave innovation throughout their work, from conception to delivery.
  
  
• Sustainability Pioneer Award alongside our sister agency, SWM Partners, a category that seeks to recognise an agency that has displayed a positive and healthy company culture.
  
  
• Employer of the Year alongside our sister agency, SWM Partners, which aims to shine a light on organisations that adopt sustainable practices across their operations and events to the benefit of all stakeholders.

Winners will be announced during a ceremony at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on the 1st of March, wish us luck!

The CN 30underThirty Class of 2023

Two of Sledge’s talented Project Managers, Megan Hughes and Sophie Bowtell have been recognised in the CN 30underThirty Class of 2023.

An initiative that is designed to celebrate and support young event profs, Megan and Sophie will be officially inducted at a ceremony held during International Confex 2024.

As listees, they will undertake a year-long programme, which will provide them with various opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge, and have the opportunity to attend the publication’s awards and events.
