Sledge partners with Event First Steps for Gen Z session at The Meetings Show
Sledge MD, Sarah Yeats and Caitlin Kobrak, Co-Founder of Event First Steps are joining forces to deliver a session about attracting young talent to the event industry, and nurturing them in their careers once they join us at The Meetings Show on Thursday, 30 September.
During their session, titled Gen Z don’t know a job in events can be a career, how can we change that? Sarah and Caitlin will discuss:
- How their own careers have grown and evolved in the event industry.
- Strategies, tactics and initiatives we can all lean on to connect with Gen Z.
- How we can empower young event industry talent, by providing opportunities for them to gain varied experience, ensuring ongoing career progression, and more
