Developing a virtual programme of activities to keep employees engaged and inspired during lockdown

Working in collaboration with different teams within our client's organisation, we created a virtual employee program to ensure engagement while teams worked from home

With our online platform, we also created an online secure webform for data capture of employees' personal details, dietary requirements, and preferences for activities and gifting.

Some elements of a traditional live event must be re-designed in order to work as a virtual experience. We curated each event to ensure we included the key elements each session needed to incorporate, while also facilitating:

  • Pre-event comms to build excitement
  • Experience offerings that people wanted to share with others
  • Opportunities to connect with colleagues
  • A dynamic and snappy agenda to ensure an inclusive experience, and that attention levels were high
  • Morale building and teamwork
  • Extended conversations beyond the event, by building an online community
  • A different and fun experience - ensuring each event had an attractive element to sign up to

We also provided post-event data to give great insight into the audience's engagement throughout. It really highlighted the success of the program and the benefits of adopting and implementing an end-to-end strategic approach to employee engagement.
