To produce and manage an annual Christmas showcase for members of the press, which would showcase Lidl’s hero products and Christmas range in a unique way, and encompass the brand's ethos of quality and value.
- Mindfully sourced central London venue, The House of St Barnabas.
- Managed the flow of guests by creating a series of staggered sessions, ensuring COVID-19 health and safety compliance throughout.
- Designed a seamless attendee journey encompassing multiple rooms, Lidl products, interactive experiences and memorable displays, including a styled banquet table, bespoke flower wall made from the Christmas bouquets, and life sized gingerbread house.
- Evolved the food service from a buffet style to guest ordering experience, ensuring food was beautifully presented, sampled at optimum temperatures, wastage was kept to a minimum, and COVID-19 health and safety was maintained.
- Managed the donation of leftover products to The House of St Barnabas and its associated charities.
- Handled all event logistics, including set design, programme management, catering and staffing.
