Meet our Values Champions!

Following many months of workshops and internal collaboration, we relaunched our agency values earlier this year, ensuring they ladder up with our goals for the future, and core DNA of people, planet and entrusted growth.

Rather than treat these as a tick box exercise, we are all passionate about embedding them throughout the business, and so have appointed two Values Champions across the Group, which encompasses both Sledge and SWM Partners.

Who they are

This initiative will be led by Sledge Project Manager, Sophie Bowtell and Jade Gardiner, Lead Project Executive at SWM Partners, who were selected based on their positive, can-do attitudes, and passion for contributing to both our culture, and future of the Group.

The Champions’ role

Sophie and Jade are responsible for driving the values, and giving them a voice so that employees gain an in-depth understanding of how they can be applied to daily life and our projects.

They will drive their implementation, so that we all live and breathe them, and empower their peers, by working in close collaboration with them to garner feedback and share it with leadership, and in doing so, will foster the Group’s wider culture.

Actions they're taking

They have organised and will support with the facilitation of monthly values workshops with Zoe Tuffs and the Times Ten Coaching team, who both agencies enlisted to refresh their values, meanwhile leadership will continue to act as sounding board for the Champions, and all employees.

Over the next few months, they will develop further ways to instil and uphold the values ongoing.
